A Distinguished Global Law Firm is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and highly qualified litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have one to three years of patent litigation experience at a large law firm. General experience with handling discovery and briefing in complex cases involving patent or other IP related law is required. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required. We are seeking individuals who are independent thinkers and have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful litigation practice.
