Description:
We are seeking an associate with 3-4 years of life sciences patent litigation experience to join our thriving Intellectual Property practice. Our IP team focuses on large-scale patent and patent-adjacent litigation, which includes antitrust, trade secret, and related commercial disputes. We routinely represent large pharmaceutical and biopharma clients in high-profile litigation the most prominent venues around the country and with global stakes. In addition, our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and AmLaw.Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
We are looking for:
- Background in biological or chemical science required, preferably an advanced degree
- Experience / interest in patent litigation and patent office / PTAB proceedings
- Global / European patent exposure is a plus
- Federal clerkship experience is desirable
- Large law firm experience preferred
- Background with industry or regulatory experience in a biopharma area is welcome
- Strong academic background required
