Trojan Law offices, P.C. seeks to hire an intellectual property attorney or registered patent attorney. For the I.P. position, you should have a minimum of one year experience in intellectual property or general business litigation. Requirements also include strong academic performance; oral advocacy and writing skills; references; and active membership, in good standing, in the California Bar.We are seeking an attorney with the following qualifications:
- Admitted to California Bar;
- Strong writing & legal research skills;
- Minimum 1 year of business litigation experience (preferred in patent/trademark/copyright) or, alternatively, is a registered patent attorney or PTO admission eligible;

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
