King & Spalding seeks 2nd- to 4th‑year associates for its Intellectual Property litigation team, which litigates and tries cutting-edge issues related to patents, trade secrets, copyrights, internet law, and complex commercial technology. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, an entrepreneurial and creative mindset, and two to four years of experience in a large law firm or high-end technology litigation practice. This is a unique opportunity to help grow a rapidly expanding practice that is a strategic priority for the firm. An undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science is strongly preferred; local bar admission is required. The anticipated full‑time annualized salary range is $235,000 to $310,000. The salary offer will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
