Job Summary:Intellectual Property Lawyers is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney with a Chemistry / Bio / Materials background to conduct legal research, prepare applications, evaluate and respond to office actions, participate in client interviews, and be exposed to litigation activities as well as other projects.
Intellectual Property Lawyers will also consider registered patent agents.

Qualifications:
- One (1) or more years patent preparation and prosecution experience
- JD from accredited law school required
- BS in Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Registered with United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and the State of Ohio Bar
