Description:
America's largest personal injury law firm is looking for a talented and motivated Intake Attorney for our intake center in Longwood, Florida! The primary responsibility of this role is to be ready and willing to speak to potential clients who have questions/concerns regarding their case and/or choosing Morgan and Morgan to represent them in their legal matter. This person must speak knowledgeably and confidently about the firm and/or the PC's case and convince the client that Morgan and Morgan is the right choice for them! After retention, the client will be passed on to the appropriate office for review, so this position will not own cases or maintain a case count.

Additionally, the person in this role will assist with the Under Review process by decisioning cases that need a second layer of review to determine if the firm can assist. This includes reviewing the facts of the case and oftentimes presenting the case to the managing partners for a decision.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering legal questions for potential clients
  • Ability to overcome objections and explain why Morgan and Morgan is the best for them
  • Accept or Reject cases that are questionable
  • Be accessible to clients with catastrophic issues in real time

Requirements:
  • Law degree from a fully accredited law school
  • Minimum of 3 years of Personal Injury experience- Litigation experience preferred
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Florida
  • An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Located in office in either Longwood FL or Plantation FL
