As our Intake Attorney, you'll be the first legal professional prospective clients meet. You'll evaluate cases, provide meaningful legal guidance, and help families confidently take the next step.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct consultations with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person.
- Evaluate legal matters and determine whether they are a good fit for the firm.
- Explain legal options, the litigation process, and our representation in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Build trust with prospective clients and confidently guide them through the hiring process.
- Prepare and oversee engagement agreements and client onboarding.
- Document consultations and maintain accurate records in Clio Grow and Clio Manage.
- Coordinate seamless handoffs to attorneys and paralegals after clients retain the firm.
- Partner with our Legal Services Manager, Director of Marketing, and Chief Operating Officer to improve lead quality, client experience, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze trends and provide feedback to continually improve our intake process.
- You genuinely enjoy talking with people.
- You can simplify complex legal issues without sounding like you're reading from a statute book.
- You know when to ask the right questions—and when to simply listen.
- You're organized, responsive, and thrive in a high-volume environment.
- You understand that every consultation is both a legal evaluation and an opportunity to build trust.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law (Colorado Bar license required).
- Minimum of one (1) year of family law experience OR one (1) year of experience as an Intake Attorney.
- Excellent verbal communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience with Clio Grow, Clio Manage, or similar CRM/case management software is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time in our Englewood OR Commerce City, Colorado office/s. This is an in-office position.
