Description:
Intake attorney. You would be joining me (partner) and two other attorneys calling potential clients who request legal advice regarding their tenancy. We sue slumlords. No sales experience needed.Pay: $40 hourly, we do not track your time. Minimum 20hrs/week with 40/week possible.
Bonus: every client who signs up, attorney gets 3% of the attorney's fees at settlement, which average about $400-$600. Current 3 attorneys sign up 5, 10, and 10 each average per month.
Fully remote but we do meet in San Diego every 2 months to compare notes, gripe about things, etc.
Experience that would help: Legal Aide with UD/tenant experience
Training in person for about 5 days over 2-3 weeks; rest is remote.
