We are a small, client-focused criminal defense firm in Dallas, Texas, seeking an Intake Attorney who is passionate about helping people through difficult times. Our firm believes that every client deserves both strong advocacy and genuine compassion.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first attorney contact for individuals seeking legal help
- Listen carefully to clients' concerns and assess their legal needs
- Explain our firm's services, processes, and fees in a clear and supportive way
- Guide potential clients toward retaining the firm's services by building trust, demonstrating value, and helping them take the next step with confidence
- Work closely with staff and attorneys to ensure a smooth and caring intake experience
Qualifications:
- Background in sales or client relations is highly preferred
- Active Texas Bar license required
- 2+ years of criminal defense experience preferred, especially in the Dallas area
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and listening skills
