The Corporate & Risk Management Section seeks to hire a litigation associate to support the Insurance Recovery Practice Group. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of litigation including experience with case management, strategy development, law and motion, written discovery, depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Prior experience working with insurance policyholders is preferred. This is a fantastic chance to explore a growing and intriguing field of litigation, become a subject matter expert, and work in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. This is a hybrid position based out of any of our California offices. The annual base compensation for this California position is approximately $180,000 to $200,000. Placement within the salary range depends up a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for the role.
