We are looking for an enthusiastic, full-time associate with at least 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience. Medical malpractice/health law experience is a plus. This is an In-Office position, but may have some flexibility for remote based on trial schedule and experience.

The qualified person will work with a Partner and busy team from pre-trial through trial process. They would be familiar with the civil litigation process and have excellent research and writing skills. Drafting motions, conducting depositions, preparing for and representing clients in the courtroom. A medical or health background is helpful.

This position offers an excellent compensation, benefits, retirement, paid time off and personnel packages. Employees are eligible for an end of the year performance based bonus. This would be prorated for the first year based on the length of service with the firm. Compensation is great for dedication and hard work.
