Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, or other insurance defense matters.Key Responsibilities:
- Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, or other insurance defense matters (Required)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
