Description:
Summary:Seeking attorneys with experience in litigation to assist with civil litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage, defending third party BI claims.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-3 year of experience in insurance defense.
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
