A Full-Service Law Firm is a full-service law firm with offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio that represents businesses, nonprofits, individuals and property owners associations.We are seeking to add an associate attorney to our Austin or Dallas office. Candidates should have 5 years of insurance defense/litigation experience in Texas. The position will involve the following practice areas: property owners association law, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation, construction law and construction defect litigation, corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance, collections and bankruptcy, and drafting and revising contractual agreements, corporate governing documents, and real estate documents.
The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of Texas civil litigation experience, preparing pleadings and motions, engaging in discovery, handling depositions, and attending court hearings, mediations, and trials.
