About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Associate with 1-10 years of trucking litigation experience to join our team. At Carson, our attorneys are involved in every aspect of litigation—from the initial referral through trial. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement case strategies, conduct depositions, attend mediations, draft complex motions, and actively participate at trial.

Requirements:

Bring 1-10 years of insurance defense and/or trucking litigation experience
Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana;
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results;

Ability to handle constructive criticism well;
Commitment to both personal and professional development;
A strong work ethic—unwavering grit and desire to learn and grow;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Strong research skills and proficiency in using Westlaw.
