Job Responsibilties
- Analyze insurance policies for coverage issues
- Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights, and disclaimer letters
- Provide recommendations on coverage strategy
- Draft pleadings and discovery in coverage litigation
- Take and defend depositions in coverage matters
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar as well as the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida
- First-party property insurance coverage experience in the context of construction defect claims is preferred
- Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent academic credentials
