Our growing Insurance Coverage team is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in insurance coverage analysis, coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and/or insurance litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team that represents national and regional insurers across a wide range of complex coverage matters.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance policies and draft comprehensive coverage opinions
- Assist with complex insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefing
- Draft reservation of rights and disclaimer letters
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Support senior attorneys and partners on high-value coverage matters
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and co-counsel professionally and effectively
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible for prompt admission)
- 2–3 years of insurance coverage experience required; litigation experience a plus
- Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
