Description:
Troutman Pepper's Insurance & Reinsurance practice group has an immediate need for an Associate with 3-6 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience in our Atlanta, Los Angeles, Orange County, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Washington DC offices. The ideal candidate has a firm understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, as well as extensive civil litigation experience in the following areas: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, all facets of discovery and discovery motion practice, depositions and court appearances (commensurate with experience level). This practice groups focuses on complex claims and high-exposure coverage matters and coverage litigation. You can learn more about our practice at our website. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing ability, maturity and excellent communication skills.The salary range for this position is $240,000 - $330,000, dependent on years and scope of experience and geographic location.
