Financial - Investment Immigration LawyerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced attorney to join our team. Looking for an ambitious individual who wants to grow his or her income by getting more in touch with their business side but keeping a strong legal workload.
Candidates must have interest or experience with US investment immigration law and finance. You will be looking at all types of legal and real estate documents, will have to assist with case preparation legal and financial research, interviewing clients, and drafting and analyzing legal and financial documents. You also need to have excellent research skills and be able to stay up to date with the fast-paced-changing landscape of investment visa programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and document control.
- Handle communication with developers and regional centers.
- Stay up to date with statistical/documentary research relevant to investment immigration programs.
- Manage the minute books, NDAs, etc.
- Coordinate with other attorneys such as security council,
- Help assist with loan documentation and helping clients
Requirements and skills
- 5-10 years experience
- Familiarity with Corporate law, legal procedures, and protocols.
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
