Independent Contract Attorney Needed to Assist a Thriving Law Firm Specializing in Estate Planning, Probate and Conservatorships in Throughout California.

We Are Seeking a Candidate Experienced with Drafting Estate Planning Documents and Extensive Knowledge of Probate and Conservatorship Court Procedures.

Local Attorney to Mission Viejo for In House Meetings Is Preferred. Remote Work Is Available.

Exceptional Communication Skills Are Definitely a Plus.

Must Be Able to Work Independently with Limited Supervision. Responsibilities Will Include Client/file Management, Drafting and Research, Court Filings, Meeting with Clients, Delivering Estate Planning Documents and Making Court Appearances

Knowledge of Adapt, Essential Forms, Fore, Word Perfect and Word.

Experienced Attorneys and Newer Attorneys Are Encouraged to Apply.

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per Hour
