Job Duties:

prepare business immigration and nonimmigration petition including H-1B, O-1, I-539 application and all types of family based immigration petition with minimum supervision
Conduct legal research and analysis
case management
communicate with clients or USCIS

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or LLM from an accredited law school; if applying for paralegal then bachelor degree in related field is required.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English, must be native Mandarin speaker (please do not apply if you do not speak, read or write Chinese)-Good at legal writing and legal research
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
1 year work experience at the same role in immigration law firm is required. This position requires you to work almost independently with minimum supervision particularly for family based immigration including NVC process. If you have no experience in this field, please do not apply.
