Proudly representing clients within various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings such as: Employment Based Visa Petitions, H-1b Petitions, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, USCIS Asylum Petitions, Work permits, and more.Experience and Education:
Our firm is looking for an experienced immigration law clerk with:
- Fluent in English and Chinese/Spanish - comprehension, verbal and written communication.
- Strong legal writing, legal research, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high case volume and work under time pressure.
- J.D. or L.L.M. Degree from an accredited law school.
- Related work experience in immigration law is preferred.
- We will consider current law students who will graduate in May.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean criminal record required.
