Description:
We are seeking full-time Immigration Court Attorneys to join our team representing individuals in asylum and removal defense matters. These positions are primarily focused on litigation before the Immigration Court, with occasional appearances at USCIS interviews.Due to the continued growth of our practice, we are expanding our litigation team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a busy, collaborative firm and work on meaningful immigration court cases from day one, with the support of experienced attorneys and an exceptional legal staff.
What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in Immigration Court
- Prepare and present asylum and removal defense cases
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Occasionally attend USCIS interviews
What We're Looking For:
- Admission to practice law in any U.S. state
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to appear in Immigration Court upon hire
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Interest in immigration and asylum law
Preferred but not required:
Ability to communicate in Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, or Portuguese
Position Details:
- This is an attorney position (not a law clerk or legal assistant role)
- Full-time, hybrid schedule
- Our administrative office is located in San Francisco's Financial District (100 Bush Street), but attorneys primarily appear before the Concord and Sacramento Immigration Courts.
