We are seeking a dedicated and Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about immigrant rights, highly organized, and capable of managing a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy. A strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and excellent communication skills are essential.Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other immigration-related agencies.
- Prepare and file petitions, waivers, applications, appeals, and related immigration documents.
- Conduct legal consultations and provide clients with reliable immigration advice.
- Maintain accurate case records and meet all filing deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other professionals.
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration law (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and advocate effectively for clients.
