A National Law Firm is a more than 750 lawyer firm with 18 offices across the U.S. Our Seattle office and the Business & Transactions Department seek to hire an Immigration Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. Qualified candidates will have experience in advising employers and foreign nationals in most types of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa statuses; PERM; legal research; and case management. Experience with hourly billing is a plus. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills. An active license in Washington (or the ability to waive in from another jurisdiction) is required.
