Description:
Fellom & Solorio is an immigration law firm in downtown San Francisco, focusing on family-based immigration law, removal defense, consular processing, waivers, naturalization, U visas, and DACA among others. We are seeking an energized and committed part-time associate with 1 to 2 years of experience in immigration law. The position is a temporary position of at least three months with potential for full-time, longer term.
- Bar admission.
- A high level of Spanish language fluency. You must be able to read and write competently and comfortably carry complicated conversations with native Spanish speakers. Fluency in additional high-demand languages is desirable, as well.
- You must be able to handle a high-volume caseload and set priorities to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
- You should be able to write quickly and well.
- An ability to work firmly and amicably with individuals from all walks of life.
- Compassion and a drive to stand up to—and win against—a government increasingly hostile to immigrants.
Salary depends on experience.
