Description:
General Immigration AttorneyResponsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of immigration matters including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, naturalization, and waivers.
- Prepare and submit applications to USCIS and other relevant agencies.
- Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
- Stay current with immigration laws and policy changes.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general immigration law.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
