Description:
The Killian Law Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing Immigration practice.The ideal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing immigration law, with a strong background in removal proceedings and detained matters. This position requires someone confident representing clients in Immigration Court, skilled in legal writing, and comfortable self-managing a high-volume caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court
- Handle detained cases, including bond hearings and related motions
- Prepare and file applications for relief, including asylum, cancellation of removal, and other forms of relief
- Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice
- Draft legal briefs, motions, and supporting documentation
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience
- Demonstrated experience in removal defense and detained cases
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Salary range: $110,000-$130,000 per year
