We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our legal team and contribute to our continued growth while maintaining our high standards of client service and legal excellence.Position Overview:
This is a full-time, in-office position for an attorney who is passionate about immigration law and committed to advocating for immigrant communities. The attorney will manage a caseload, work closely with support staff, and provide strategic guidance to clients throughout their immigration matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage immigration cases from consultation through resolution.
- Conduct client meetings and develop legal strategies.
- Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and other government agencies.
- Prepare and review applications, petitions, motions, legal briefs, and supporting documentation.
- Handle family-based immigration, removal defense, humanitarian relief, and other immigration matters.
- Visit and communicate with detained clients when necessary.
- Supervise and delegate work to paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and case updates.
- Ensure compliance with all legal deadlines and firm procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active Bar License in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Immigration law experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with legal support staff and multidisciplinary teams.
