Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on business immigration matters, including work visas, investor visas, permanent residency through employment or investment, and citizenship.
Prepare and file petitions, applications, and legal documents with government agencies.
Represent clients in immigration-related hearings and appeals.
Monitor changes in immigration laws and policies and advise clients on potential impacts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the efficient handling of cases.
Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration law and policies.
Manage a caseload of immigration matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in any state.
3+ years of experience in business immigration law.
Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
