Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Immigration Attorney to join our team. As a Business Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on immigration matters, representing them in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on business immigration matters, including work visas, investor visas, permanent residency through employment or investment, and citizenship.
  • Prepare and file petitions, applications, and legal documents with government agencies.
  • Represent clients in immigration-related hearings and appeals.
  • Monitor changes in immigration laws and policies and advise clients on potential impacts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the efficient handling of cases.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration law and policies.
  • Manage a caseload of immigration matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records of all client interactions and case progress.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in any state.
  • 3+ years of experience in business immigration law.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
