What we are looking for:

Juris Doctor from accredited law school and active admission in any state bar
Exceptional communication skills—both written and oral—to craft compelling arguments and provide insightful legal advice.
Fluency in Spanish PREFERRED but not required

Your Role Will Include:

Representing clients in immigration matters before government agencies and courts.
Drafting and managing legal documents, including applications and petitions.
Offering strategic advice on immigration issues and keeping clients informed about legal changes.
