Description:
Description:We are a growing immigration law firm seeking a Lead Immigration Attorney to handle high-quality legal work across humanitarian, removal defense, and family-based matters.
The goal is simple: You focus on being an excellent lawyer, and we build everything around that.
This is a senior, execution-focused role for a lawyer who wants to practice law with depth, focus, and excellence (including case strategy, advocacy, and client consultations) without being pulled into operational distractions.
In this role, you will:
- Appear in immigration court
- Handle occasional non-routine advocacy, including in-person appearances before immigration agencies, if needed
- Draft motions, briefs, and complex legal filings
- Develop legal strategy and make case-specific recommendations
- Manage cases strategically from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal consultations for prospective and existing clients as needed
- Work closely with support staff to ensure filings, deadlines, and court requirements are handled accurately and timely
- Review legal work product for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with and support junior legal staff as the team grows
And then, at 5:30 pm, you go home.
Home to your family.
Home to your hobbies.
Home to the rest of your life.
Because you won't be worrying about payroll, accounts receivable, marketing, hiring, firing, or operational management, that part is already handled. This role is focused on legal execution and case ownership, not firm management or operational leadership.
If you take pride in excellent legal work and you want to grow with a firm that is building intentionally and for the long term, we'd love to hear from you.
