The Law Office of Hugo E. Pina is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our immigration practice. Our firm focuses on family-based immigration matters and removal defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).The Associate Attorney will represent clients before the Immigration Court and USCIS, prepare legal filings, meet with clients, and work closely with an experienced team of paralegals throughout the representation. The position offers substantial courtroom experience and the opportunity to develop litigation and advocacy skills in a fast-paced immigration practice.
Previous immigration law experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, enjoys litigation, and is committed to providing excellent representation to our clients.
Our firm maintains offices in McAllen and Harlingen, Texas. Travel between both offices is required.
