Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Immigration Attorney with at minimum 3 years experience to join our legal team. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, at USCIS interviews and conducting legal research. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Duties:
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft legal immigration documents.
- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues
- Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases
