Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Williamsville, NY. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting thorough research on various legal matters, and representing clients in court. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, attending court hearings, negotiating settlements, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Law and Legal Advice skills
- Proficiency in conducting Research
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Litigation experience required
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of any state bar
Salary:
