Job Description:
We
are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in
business immigration law, with a focus on various visa categories
including L-1A/B, E-1/E-2, H-1B, and PERM. The successful candidate will
possess excellent client management skills and the ability to work
effectively in a collaborative setting.Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of business immigration matters, including but not limited to L-1A/B, E-1/E-2, H-1B, and PERM cases.
- Provide strategic guidance and legal advice to clients on immigration matters.
- Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing business immigration law.
- Demonstrated expertise in L-1A/B, E-1/E-2, H-1B, and PERM visa categories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
