Job Overview:
We are seeking a BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our legal team. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court and before USCIS, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, as well as excellent research and writing abilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings
  • Represent clients in interviews before USCIS
  • Prepearing immigration applications
  • Conduct legal research to gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, filings, etc.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
  • Attend meetings with clients to discuss case strategy and progress
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases

Experience:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in Florida
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law as an Immigration Attorney
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
  • Ability to advocate for clients' interests
  • Knowledge of immigration law
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
