Maghzi Law Firm, LLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Immigration Attorney to join our growing immigration practice serving clients throughout South Carolina and nationwide.Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing immigration law.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese (required).
- Experience handling immigration matters, including removal defense, asylum, family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, waivers, and USCIS applications.
- Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
- Willingness and ability to travel for Immigration Court hearings, USCIS interviews, and other proceedings when appearances are not conducted virtually.
