The Boston office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a business immigration associate with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Fisher Phillips is a leading international employment law firm with more than 40 offices around the U.S., in addition to offices in Mexico and Japan.

The ideal candidate will have experience with nonimmigrant visas (H, L, E, TN and O) and all forms permanent resident processing. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a collaborative work environment and has a growth mindset.

Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling a wide array of workplace immigration matters. You will work with clients on various day-to-day matters, and you will have the opportunity to educate clients to guide them through challenging moments with their immigration matters. Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with immigration work, preferably employment-based immigration.
  • Experience as an immigration analyst or paralegal can count toward years of experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and time demands.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A commitment to personal growth and high-quality client service.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position.
