Job Description:Miles & Stockbridge, a Mid-Atlantic-based Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an immigration associate to join its Labor & Employment practice. We seek candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience to handle employment-based immigration matters.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in J-1 Physician Waivers (e.g. Conrad), extraordinary ability (EB-1A) and outstanding researcher (EB-1B) petitions, National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, O-1 and H1B work visa petitions, and PERM labor certification applications.
Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience, excellent writing, drafting, research, and communication skills. We are interested in candidates who are a team player and have the ambition and drive to support our practice.
Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and admission to the MD bar and the ability to manage a high caseload, and handle multiple deadlines and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Baltimore
Base Compensation: $205,000+
