Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with at least one year of courtroom experience in Florida family law.
This is a hybrid position — the attorney will work primarily remotely but is expected to be in the Downtown Tampa office at least two days per week for team collaboration and occasional client meetings.
Court appearances will be required within the first few months of onboarding, so experience and confidence in a courtroom setting are essential.
We strongly prefer a Spanish-speaking attorney due to our growing bilingual client base.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of courtroom experience in family law (required)
- Active Florida Bar License (required)
- Prior experience practicing in a family law firm environment
- Knowledge of Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, Civil Procedure, and Rules of Evidence
- Professional home office setup with stable internet, quiet workspace, and familiarity with tools such as Zoom and the Florida e-Filing Portal
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage cases independently
- Empathetic and professional when guiding clients through difficult family matters
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based software
