We advise brand and generic manufacturers, biotechs, cell and gene therapy sponsors, and medical device, combination product, and diagnostics companies. We work extensively with CDMOs/CMOs, CROs, clinical trial networks/SMOs, pharmacovigilance vendors, regulatory consultancies, and real-world evidence/data analytics providers. On commercialization and distribution, we represent specialty pharmacies, PBMs, wholesalers/distributors, 3PLs, hub providers, patient support administrators, and compounding pharmacies, as well as life sciences trade associations. We also represent private equity and venture funds, specialty lenders, investment banks, and strategic investors in life sciences transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have 2-8 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
- We are specifically seeking candidates with experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare/life sciences transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions.
- Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience should also apply.
- Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required.
