About This Position…A flourishing Healthcare Litigation practice currently based in our Philadelphia office is expanding to Baltimore. This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for an existing client's geographically expanding caseload, defending nursing homes and medical malpractice claims. The attorney in this position will interact directly with clients while fully managing cases including discovery, hearings, depositions, trials, and more, but as part of a large and very established practice group.
Ideal Candidates Are…
- Maryland license required
- At least two years of medical malpractice experience required
- Experience in nursing homes/long-term care a plus
- Experience with review and analysis of medical records
- Experience preparing for and taking depositions preferred
- Excellent writing skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong initiative
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of interacting effectively with clients and other contacts

The salary range for attorney positions is $90,000 – 180,000 based on position, length and applicability of experience, scope of responsibility, and ability to bring or potential to expand business.
