Description:
Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services team is seeking an associate to join our health care litigation team in our New York or New Jersey office. This team focuses on complex health care litigation, including ERISA benefits actions, payor-provider contract disputes, out-of-network reimbursement actions, regulatory compliance issues, and consumer coverage litigation. Applicants must have state and federal court experience, excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. This role will provide immediate client-facing responsibilities, court experience, case management ownership, and growth potential.Candidates must be in good standing in New Jersey or New York. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $350,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
