Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Healthcare Associate with 3-6 years of substantive experience handling healthcare transactions (M&A, private equity) in a law firm or corporate setting. Candidates can be based out of our Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C., office. This associate will be part of our Corporate, M&A and Securities group. Candidates should have experience Advising clients on key health care regulatory issues, including the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, and reimbursement rules. Experience Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as physician employment agreements, management service agreements (MSAs), clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts is a plus. Candidates must have excellent research, writing and communication skills, as well as, be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional credentials and must be admitted to practice in their respective state. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions at this time.The target annual pay range for this role in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. is $260,000 - $375,000. Positions outside of Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
