Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an Of Counsel with 10+ years of experience to join its nationally recognized Health Care Practice Group in Nashville.The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing health care providers, health care technology companies, investors, and other industry participants in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, corporate governance, and strategic growth initiatives. Experience advising hospitals and health systems, physician practices, behavioral health providers, digital health companies, and other health care-focused businesses is preferred.
Qualified candidates should possess strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills, along with the ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while working collaboratively as part of a national health care team. Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to client service.
To be considered, candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Tennessee Bar.
