Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level health care litigation associate to join our preeminent national health care practice in our Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, or Dallas office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm or clerkship experience and superb writing skills. The ideal candidate will also possess 2+ years of experience in health care litigation with a particular emphasis on False Claims Act matters. Strong persuasive writing experience, especially with drafting federal court pleadings and motions, is required. Candidates will have immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated, high stakes matters with government regulators in a collaborative team setting. in the context of government investigations and related litigation. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.Please submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample (preferably a sample brief filed in federal court), and law school transcript.
