Role and Responsibilities:
We seek candidates with a strong interest in health care issues and trends. As a core member of our healthcare team, you will work alongside others to provide clients with critical guidance to achieve their goals. Our health care transactions and regulatory team assists with structuring and negotiating transactions, offers strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues, implements various contractual arrangements, and counsels clients on a wide range of legal matters affecting the health care industry. Candidates preferably have a background in legal issues related to provider health care organizations, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, state privacy laws, and transactional experience involving health care organizations.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects, work effectively within a team, and communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors.
- J.D. and outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Minnesota or Missouri bar.
- Preferred but not required: a Master's in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related graduate degree.

The current anticipated salary range is $180,000-$190,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range. Full comprehensive benefit plan including health care, retirement plan and paid days off, including PTO, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
