Description:Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an associate health care attorney with 2-5 years' experience to join our team in Ohio. Qualified candidates will have broad knowledge of the health care industry, contracting, privacy and compliance. Experience with representation of hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters and operations is a plus, as is experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $145,000 - $175,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
