Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of relevant experience to join our Health Care Practice Group in the Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have experience advising health care clients on federal and state regulatory matters, including health care compliance, provider operations, and health care business arrangements. Experience with pharmacy law, the 340B Drug Pricing Program, and health care fraud and abuse laws, including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, is preferred. Candidates should have experience counseling hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, physician organizations, and other health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters. We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated interest in health care who are solution-oriented and adaptable to working on a range of dynamic, cutting-edge issues.We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated associate with strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate should expect direct interaction with both senior partners and clients and have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic.

The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 - $350,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
